The bed was incredibly comfortable, like those big comfy beds you find in 4-5 star hotels! The staff, especially Jaime, were amazing and provided excellent service. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the subway stations and airport bus, and close to trendy neighborhoods like Ikseondong. Plus, it was a nice 15-20 minute walk to Insadong.
The wifi signal was weak in our room, and we had to go to the corridor just to load web pages. there was almost no hot water in the shower and both the sheets and towels had stains, making us question their cleanliness.

I loved my stay at Ultari Hostel! The neighborhood was fantastic, with streets filled with cozy cafes, street food stalls, and delicious samgyeopsal restaurants. The location was perfect for exploring Changdeokgung palace and the beautiful Bukchon area. The staff, including the owner Allen, were extremely kind and helpful with all of our needs. The hostel had great amenities like a spacious bathroom and an elevator. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the hostel was within walking distance of many attractions, the airport limousine bus stop, and the subway. I highly recommend staying here!

Convenient location near UNESCO sites and metro. Small but well-equipped room. No room cleaning during stay. Basic continental breakfast. Helpful staff, mostly English-speaking. Enjoyable overall.
